Bio With Words

I am, indeed, a girl. 20 years of living has taught me a lot of things:

• I’m only a little funny
• Technology will consume mankind
• Knowing code makes note taking a lot easier
• People fail, God does not

On your screen, I go by Lyn. Super easy to remember, right? Pursuing a [Bachelors || Masters] degree in Computer Science (shocking, I know!) I am currently working on my Associates in Business so I can get a job to pay for the CS degree

I love family –the bigger the better for me. I usually like being around people, and I love kids. When the time comes, I would love to have 5+ kids. I would also love to adopt because I believe that is one of the most beautiful things a person can do. Ugh, getting sappy

So, I got in to design –specifically coding, when I was 11 on Neopets.com and starting making my own guild. With the guild came the need for a website which brought me to Freewebs.com where I developed my skills –and hate for any and all site builder tools. A good number of years later, you now have Snookumz.com.

I almost always end a thought, text, paragraph with a “lol” or smiley…I don’t know why

Hobbies

Aside from computer related stuff I have other interests and hobbies, some a close second to web design

• Sewing & clothing reconstruction
• Knitting

I am also a shoe junkie enthusiast. I plan to expand this passion in the very near future because…you know…not all shoes work for all outfits you know

Programs I Use

I believe in the power of free programs. Everything I design, or code, goes through Photofiltre. It’s the easiest program I have ever use! In a close second for Kings of Free are Inkscape (like Adobe Illustrator) and the GIMP (like Adobe Photoshop). I use Notepad ++ to code, and FileZilla for FTP
