  • Must update your site on a regular basis.
  • No adult/ crap sites. Seriously. No exceptions.
  • Must comment on my site every now and then or show some sign of being alive.
  • My affiliates are my friends. With that said:
    • If you are having coding, graphics or whatever kind of trouble, feel free to ask me for help, hopefully you would do the same
    • Doesn't have to have visitor content, blogs are cool, too.
    • I don't have to be on every page, but if I'm not, neither will you.
    • No special theme (Harry Potter, Neopets, Anime, Fansite, ect.) required. It doesn't matter to me.
    • You can go on a break, hiatus, contruct your site, or whatever. I won't delete you w/out talking to you first.
    • If I don't respond within a week, then it's a no.
