Que: what is a good (free) program to make blends & stuff on ?
Aye: Oh goodness, there are plenty! The best ones that come to mind (and that I have) are GIMP and Photofiltre. Pixia is good as well and you can blend on Inkscape. You can blend on Paint.NET but that might be more difficult.
