I talked to the creator of Photofiltre and he said that there was a sever issue, so none of the plug-ins can be downloaded. However, he did say that I could give you all my copy of the plug-in! So email me at [sdc.site@gmail.com] and I'll send you the copy. Or you can wait till I post it here.

Save in your plug-in folder on the photofiltre folder. If you have pf open, close it and reload it.
